Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for a dollar amount for any listed treatments or products and are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Gift Certificates may be arranged by phone, email or online from our website and delivered by post or courier if required.

New Clients

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your services so you can change into the appropriate attire and fill out spa/client questionaire. Late arrival will mean your treatment time maybe customised.

Bookings

Bookings are essential for all treatments. Credit card details or alternatively a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided for all treatments exceeding 2.5 hours at the time of booking. If using a Gift Certificate, please quote your Certificate number at the time of booking and present your Certificate prior to your treatment.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay and Eftpos. Credit cards will incur a service fee.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your appointment we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. This enables us to accommodate another Christina's devotee from our waiting list. Less than 8 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee and non attendance will be charged full price and Gift Certificates will be voided. Gift Certificates will need credit card details to secure packages or appointments. All services and Gift Certificates are non-refundable but we will exchange or transfer treatments with your instruction.

Attire and Etiquette

During all body treatments we will provide you with a disposable under garment or you may choose to wear your own.Men will need to bring their own swimwear for all spa treatments and underwear to be worn for all body treatments. We recommend open toed shoes to be worn after having a pedicure.

Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off or to silent prior to entering the Spa.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
